Due to my schedule I was unable to use my treadmill the last two days .I had taken some short walks though. I hope after tomorrow it will be better since I start my biweekly 4 day weekend. I stayed fairly well on plan but of course you can always do better .I hope to contribute tothis blog as I have planned.

I was able to sandwich a 25 minutes run in between two walks with Calem. It was again a non stop run with a short warm up. It was somewhat harder then the other day but I was still able to finish it feeling half decent. My goal is to run 20-25 minutes and work it slowly up to 2 miles. Speed is not important but trying to stay injury free is . I also plan for a couple of long walks with my buddy Calem. He enjoys it as much as I do.

Yesterday I was able to jog for 20 minutes straight something I hadn't done since Laurianne's death. I felt good with minor legpains. After running some errands I made some poor food choice by going to wendy's. I feel that you never can fill up on that stuff and it leaves me with gravings for sweets . Unfortunately there were some cookies at work and I had a few of those . I hope to get back on track again soon. Today I don't plan a run but I hope to get a walk with Calem in. Tommorrow I plan on running 29 minutes again and doing a little strenght exercises I also plan to take calem to kindergym

I stayed reasonable on plan today. Yesterday I exercised jogged on the treadmill and did a few strength exercises. I was also able to took Calem for a few walks . I worked last night and the weather turned to be semi crappy again and the weather doesn't look promising for walking with Calem today I have a lot of errands to run but I will wedge in some jogging just to get myself in gear. I also looking forward to good day of journaling.

After being not committed to this blog due to stomach flu family things and pure laziness I decided to hit the keyboard again. I had a good start today with a 1.2 lbs weight loss this week. My goal for this week will be a 20 - 30 minute treadmill workout with some weight training. I also hope to do some walking with my buddy Calem .I also hope to stick with the plan and journal at least 4 out of 7 days. And last but not least I hope to commit to this blog a little more.
