Today and yesterday Iwas able to stick with the plan reasonably and I exercised on both days . Tonight I am going back to work again so it will be interesting . It is always a little more of a challenge if I am working but I am feeling still fired up from my weightloss on Saturday. I hope to write more tomorrow.

I was able to stay reasonably on plan today despite friends coming over. I bought purposly chocolate chip cookies becauseIknowI can stay away from those somewhat easier. It is another story with girl scout cookies. Not much time for exercise but Calem aand I walked for a half hour. Better then nothing. We got our new phones today and played with those for a while. I hope to get on the ball early tomorrow and exercise early. I also gonna try to follow the core plan it seems to work so far.

I changed my weightwatchers meeting from Saturday to Friday because of my new work schedule and after a few disapointing weeks I lost 1.8lbs this week. I have been exercising a little more lately. Today I used my new shoes and it gave me better support and less legpains .I was able to run a little more. Calem and I were unable to go out for walks this week due to bad weather but we found a way to exercise together indoors. Calem is very intriqued with the treadmill and is exploring it to the fullest under supervision of course. Above here a picture of my buddy and me exercising. To get back to weightwatchers I am going to try the core plan this week. I hope I can be writing on this blog a little more.
