Last Saturday Lynda and I went to Weightwatchers. The results were very shocking .I big weight gain It looks like I need to get together what the picture below shows. I am enjoying Lynda's stay very much and I hope someday soon we will live closer but preferably very close together. tonight Iwill go back to work and will work a more regular schedule from now on. Finally I changed the name of my blog a little bit and I am including a little bit more of daily things happening and also some points of interest. I hope to get more serious with exercising since that seems to be the key to my succces in weightloss. My ultimate goal would be to run a half marathon with Calem in his jogger honoring Laurianne.
