I decided today to use my treadmill again. It was such a long time ago that it had collected a lot of dust. I couldn't remember the last time I used it. Except for my legs everything feels fine I ran 4 minutes and walk one. I was on it for 30 minutes. I hope to use it 3 times a week.I also hope to be more consistent on my diet too. Tommorow I hope to go for a minimum of 20 minutes. I also hope to be more consistent with writing this blog.

I need to get on my treadmill too! I like the picture. Now I know why I look so good in blue.
