Today was a challenging day I really had to push myself to do 25 minutes .I did a weightloss interval program. I kind of overate due to stress .Overall it was a day of depression and stress.We also had visitors today who like to eat

tommorow will hopefuul be a more succesfull full day

The important this is that you did it! I bet you will still have a loss because you exercised, too!
