Today I started my exercise regiment as promised to myself .I did not feel much like exercising due to feeling of being down in the dumps.I climbed on my treadmill anyway and did a regiment of a half hour jogging a very slow pace. I would call it slogging.I slogt 4 minutes and walked one it came out as
5 minutes warm up
30 minutes jogging 4minutes jogging and 1 minute walking
10 minutes cool down
distant 2.64 miles
total time 45 minutes
max heart rate 150
total calories 264
I stayed well within my weightwatchers points limit today
To go back to my being down in the dumps the exercise lifted my spirits
After 2 months not exercising I was happy with the amount of jogging I was able to do
