The purpose of my blog will be to write down my daily exercises and since I am a weight
watchers member I will write down the points consumed for that day. Since I just flew back from Indiana and are severely jet lagged I will start with my exercise blog tomorrow. My weighin day is saturday and I will start recording my consumption of points on saturday. It is off this week due to my visit to Indiana but I will journal
for myself and watch my intake. I hope this blog will be helpfull in my journey.Iwill also blog on my progress or lack of it

That sounds good to me. I journal online, so I will do more of a how am I doing type of blog.

Hopefully this will keep us both updated.

It is something different and it is worth the try .I hope it will feel more comitted to stay on the plan and exercise
