I Finally did it. I logged 30 minutes including a warm up. I did 10 minutes of walking afterwards for a cooldown. It lifted my spirits my diet is reasonable except for the homemade cookies.I exercised a total of 38 minutes. Tommorow hopefully will exercise again. Feet don"t fail me

Nice job! I was going to do the DDR game last night again, but I was too depressed when I got home. I should have tried it anyway.
